ALE Cut-Weld-Clean Fiber Laser Handheld Processing Head ALE CWC PN 082502-2
The ALE Cut-Weld-Clean handheld laser processing head is a 3-in-1 fiber-laser tool designed for welding, light cutting, and surface cleaning in production environments. Its main advantages are dual-axis beam wobble control, integrated contact-based safety lockout, active cooling of the optical path, and fast tool-less mode changeover.
For welding, stainless steel typically requires lower laser power because of higher absorption and lower thermal conductivity, while aluminum requires higher initial power, pure argon shielding, careful focus control, and suitable filler wire to reduce porosity and cracking risk. Baseline operating ranges cover 1.0 mm sheet and 3.0 mm plate for both stainless steel and aluminum.
Nozzle selection is based primarily on operation type and joint geometry. Welding nozzles are selected for flat seams, lap joints, inside corners, or outside corners and matched to filler-wire size when wire feed is used. Cutting nozzles are selected by sheet thickness and gas-flow requirements, while cleaning nozzles use a wide, open design for non-contact surface preparation.
