The ALE HH 100-200 Laser Ablation Process Head is designed for comfortable, controlled handheld operation in demanding industrial cleaning and surface preparation environments. Weighing under 3 lbs., the ergonomic process head can be configured for right- or left-handed operators and features quick-disconnect cables and hoses to support faster setup, service, and changeover. It is compatible with a wide range of OEM laser sources:

and includes built-in operator safety features such as a Deadman switch and optional automatic laser shutdown sensors when the process head is not on target. The HH 100-200 also converts easily from handheld use to robot-mounted operation, with additional mounting options available upon request.

Common applications include paint removal and de-coating, surface preparation for adhesive bonding and coating, mold cleaning, de-oiling, surface profiling and structuring, restoration of stone, brick, and concrete, sensitive substrate cleaning including CFRP and other advanced materials, and corrosion cleaning or rust removal.
